When was the community first approved by the city?
2018
When was the first shovel in the ground?

What is the 80 ave bridge used for?
Finished building in 2025. This bridge is designated only for pedestrian, emergency services, and transit traffic only. More info into the planning of this project.
Storm Pond
The pond that you can access from Homestead close or 84 St may look natural but was man-made as a designated storm water run off. This means don’t swim in it!
City Of Calgary Connection
Our city representation on the council at city hall is through the Ward 5 elect.
Do we have transit?
Yes we do! Currently it is route 80 and runs on limited times. If you need more accessibility place a 311 service request to let the city know it impacts you!
